Returns and Exchanges
– If you’re not satisfied with your product, you can initiate a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery.
– We’ll replace the product with an identical one or provide a similar product of equal value.
– Please contact our customer service team to request a return or exchange. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label.
– Return shipping costs will be covered by Decehub, but you’ll be responsible for ensuring the product is properly packaged and shipped back to us.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
– The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
– Products damaged due to misuse or alteration won’t be eligible for return or exchange.
– Customized or personalized products aren’t eligible for return or exchange.
Processing Returns and Exchanges
– Once we receive the returned product, we’ll inspect it and process the exchange within 1-7 business days, depending on your location.
